Where do the cool kids hang out in Berlin/Prague/Budapest/Vienna/Munich? And what *must* I do/see as a tourist? Ideally cheap or free!

Pretty amazing. Passes don’t have to be expensive if you just want to soak for the day. Can get there on the metro!
